Once installed in your browser or email client, it allows you to easily move all your important emails to the cloud in the form of PDF files (including any file attachments) so that you can share them with your colleagues, Never lose an important email in the flood of emails coming into your Inbox again!
- The next time there is an important email in your mailbox, you can launch the Save & Share app by clicking the blue button in the right top corner of the email.
- The Save & Share app will now ask you to choose the cloud service where you want to save the email, the name you want to give to the folder and other folder settings. Once you have chosen all the necessary settings, click on the Apply button. It currently supports Box, Google Drive and Dropbox.
- The Save & Share app will now convert your email into a PDF File and save it in the cloud service of your choice. You can share the saved file with your friends and colleagues.
